Where Buzzfeed Went Wrong

Donald Trump is one of the most polarizing leaders in the world.  That being said, he comes with his fair share of baggage.  His wealth has allowed him to be with some of the most beautiful and famous people in the world.  However, during his run for the presidency in 2016, multiple women came forward accusing Trump of sexual assault/harassment.  The result of these accusations wasn't too damaging, since Trump was not indicted over these accusations.  The room for debate titled

Fast forward to January 2017, with Donald Trump now President.  The article, having Russian sources, accuses the President of sexual assault/harassment involving different women.  None of the major news outlets decide to pull the trigger and release the story.  Buzzfeed was the one to take a chance and release the information.  However, the execution of releasing this article was very poorly managed.  People were jumping to conclusions believing president Trump had actually sexually assaulted those women found in the article.  CNN decided to hop onto the bandwagon and this only created more chaos.  The attempt to find justice and possibly get president Trump indicted, based on the subject matter found in the article, was foiled.  They had failed.

What could Buzzfeed and CNN have done better when sharing this article to the public?  Should other news networks such as ABC or Fox News have published the article?  Do you think President Trump may have sexually assaulted or harassed the women found in the article?  I would love to hear your thoughts on the matter.

    I do believe that with 20+ women speaking up about the things he has done to them, something they said must be true. I'm pretty sure that there are other sources who reported on the case better than Buzzfeed and CNN. Trump has always been involved in something dramatic, even before running for president. Either way, it would be very difficult to get one of the richest and powerful men in the country to be arrested. Especially if it's the president of the United States.
